FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION FOR ADMITTANCE TO BRIGHT NIGHTS AT FOREST PART, HOLDER, ON HIS/HER OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF MINOR(S), IS DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE SPIRIT OF SPRINGFIELD, INC. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Holder will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Spirit of Springfield, Inc., from and against any and all demands, suits, claims, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), expenses and liability arising out of, incidental to or related in any way to (i) Holder’s and/or Minor(s)’ attendance at, observation of, and/or participation in Bright Nights at Forest Park.

In order to protect the health and safety of the Holder of the Ticket and all others, the Holder must comply with all Bright Nights at Forest Park attendance policies, all policies of the City of Springfield Department of Public Health respecting COVID-19 and other Communicable Disease. The Spirit of Springfield, Inc. and its designees have the right to deny admission to or eject any person who the Spirit of Springfield, Inc. or such designees determines, in its sole discretion, poses a risk to the health or safety of others and/or whose conduct violates these terms.
